Hi, The IEEE-SA have now initiated the sponsor ballot invitation process (see the earlier e-mail I forwarded around) - this is to allow you to vote and approve the ballot at the IEEE level. To vote, you need to be a member of the IEEE-SA, and you must apply to be a member of the ballot pool. You also need to state whether you are a producer/user/academic etc - a variety of responses are required, and we aren't allowed to have more than 30% in any one category. The invitation period is open for 30 days, and then we hold the ballot. Following this, we then address any feedback, and may/may not then have to do a recirculation ballot to approve any changes made. We are on our way!
