The P1647 WG has now opened a donation period for the IEEE1647-2011 standard, and are soliciting submissions and ideas to be included in it. The donation period will be six months from the 18th March 2013 to the 18th September 2013. All users, vendors and other interested parties are encouraged to forward their ideas and suggestions to the WG (please send e-mails to ieee1647@eda.org<mailto:ieee1647@eda.org>), so that they can be considered for the new standard once the donation period has closed.
