RE: November 12th IEEE1947 meeting

Hi Darren, et.al.,

It's probably best to simply postpone it, especially since we're waiting on the DASC.

Note that the week of November 19 is a holiday week here in the US (Thanksgiving is on that Thursday, and a lot of people travel).  Hence, I'd recommend Monday November 26 or later.
