LRM Draft 7 and reballot

Hi,

Thanks to the efforts of Amy, Matan et al, Draft 7 of the LRM is now available on our website in the downloads section for review. The only changes between this version and the version previously balloted on are in section 10.4, as discussed in the telecon.

If everyone is happy with this, I propose to move forwards as follows:-

1) Open a re-ballot on Monday 20th September.
2) Close ballot on Friday 24th September.
3) Announce result on Monday 27th September.

If this seems to hurried, or if there are any other issues, please reply via the reflector.
