Unconditional approvals were Andrew Piziali, Darren Galpin, Henry von Bank, Matan Vax, Serrie Chapman, Yaron Kashai.

So, 75% approval rate needed to pass resolution. So resolution to approve the standard passes, pending resolution of the Mantis issue.
