New draft of LRM released

Hi,

Draft 6 of the LRM is now available on the downloads page of our website - this includes the updates for named constraints.

As this is an additional change to the LRM, I will extend the balloting period to allow extra time for reviewing these extra changes. The close of ballot will therefore be on the 10th September, allowing an extra week of time.
