Coverage API omissions

Hi,

When looking something up in the LRM regarding the coverage API, I came across an omission in the 2008 LRM which I have filed under issue 3070:

In section 14.7.3.5, the coverage API, the field bucket_name is used in the syntax example. bucket_name is a built in field, but it is never mentioned anywhere else in the LRM. These built in fields need to be defined - I guess that there are others?
Other known fields are:
instance_name
item_name
instance_text
item_text

Can anyone tell us what all of the other fields are, and what their definitions are?
